• Property information shared in the course of a conversation, such as an address, condition details, photographs, and pricing expectations.
• Communications records, including the content of text messages, call recordings and transcripts where applicable, and correspondence.

We do not knowingly collect information from consumers who are not engaging with us in connection with a specific property transaction, and this website does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the services described on this site.
